By downloading or using PaceBuzz, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use the app.
PaceBuzz is a training stopwatch. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including heart rate readings, pace cues, or logged lactate and effort values — is medical advice. Train sensibly and consult a professional for health decisions.
PaceBuzz Premium is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. It permanently removes the free tier's capacity limits (current-workout count, run-history depth) and enables Strava export on the Apple ID that purchased it, including future Premium features. Purchases and refunds are managed by Apple under their terms; you can restore a previous purchase from Settings at any time.
Your recordings stay on your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for anything you choose to export and share.
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't rely on it in situations where a timing error could cause harm.
PaceBuzz is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
